Ordering a blind or tower? Here's what to expect.
Large items ship on a freight pallet, not a standard delivery truck. The carrier will call ahead to schedule a delivery window, and the driver will drop your order curbside — getting it from the curb to its final spot is on you. Inspect the crate before signing for it, and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt so we can make it right.
